Cottage - Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £100
for each week booked must be paid at the time of confirming your
booking (which, of course, is set against the total cost). A fully
refundable (subject to breakages etc) deposit of £100 is
also required at the time of entry.
Moulinalmond Cottage - Rental Payment
Must be paid, in full, six weeks before
the first day of entry.
Moulinalmond Cottage - Services
Central heating by wood-burning stove
(wood supplied), first £10 of electricity, bed linen and towels
included in rent. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing
machine, tumble drier, colour TV, video.

Further electricity by slot meter
Moulinalmond
Cottage - Cancellations
Deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs.
Full sum is forfeited if cancellation is in less than six weeks.
Full rental amount is forfeited
if it has already been paid (i.e. 14 working days before
rental). Cancellation insurance
is available - please enquire when booking.
